Voluntary Recall - Penguin 5211
At PlanToys, we have always strived to maintain the highest standards possible for consumer safety. Therefore, in March 2008, we chose to recall our classic toy Penguin in response to a customer-reported incident. In this case, the Penguin's head became detached from the body, which exposed the connecting pins. There were no associated injuries. We have voluntarily removed this toy from all of our retail locations. Please click on the appropriate links below for detailed instructions regarding return of stock and refunds to consumers.
